We offer free shipping within India on all orders above Rs.799 only for non-returnable products. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally, orders placed before 1 PM on a business day are shipped the same day, provided that card security checks are completed, payment is received, and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on the next business day. Orders received on Sunday or during holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays. Orders are delivered within 7 to 14 working days
All packages are sent via leading courier companies, namely, BlueDart, FedEx, Delhivery and many more reputed couriers. There are two payment methods available when placing an order:

Rural domestic addresses require some additional days to deliver.
Tracking: An e-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.

Cancellation of Order by User
After placing an order, the customer can only cancel it if the order status is 'pending' under Order History. Cancellations must be made within a maximum of 2 hours of placing an order. To cancel your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.
General Scenario:
If we receive a cancellation email after the order has already been 'processed,' the order cannot be cancelled. Thebabyshop4u88@gmail.com has the sole right to decide whether an order should be cancelled. The customer agrees not to dispute The Baby Shop’s decision regarding the cancellation.
In case of Gift Certificate
Gift certificates cannot be cancelled, but the user may request an extension of the expiry date within 3 days of purchase.

The Baby Shop, Dharmapuri reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded, and the User shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (e.g., an incorrect or incomplete name, address, or recipient unavailability), any extra costs incurred by thebabyshopdpi.com for re-delivery will be charged to the user.

All return requests raised within 48 hours, either by calling the customer support number or via email at thebabyshop4u88@gmail.com, will be accepted except for the following cases:
1. Products perishable in nature
2. Gift Certificates
3. Items that have been used or opened
4. An item not returned in the condition it was received.
5. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
• the item may be damaged during transit
• or there might be a manufacturing defect
• or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In the cases mentioned above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement or return of the item is made within the stipulated timeframe below. No returns or replacements will be allowed once the order has been processed, except for the reasons stated above.
To request a replacement, email us your order number and the reason for returning the item. Send the item back only after receiving our confirmation. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

• There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.
• In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items three times. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient unavailable, premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
• In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither thebabyshopdpi.com nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.
